If you are lucky once in a while you may go to a local spa, get a massage or a facial, and you know how that makes you feel. It’s renewing, it makes everything you do worth it. Now, what if you could do that for a weekend, or even a whole week? You come back a whole new person, refreshed and ready to take on the world again.

Cultural & Sightseeing

Perhaps you have always wanted to visit your ancestral homeland, or have been drawn to a certain country for some reason. Have you ever become so immersed in a book that it left you wanting to visit where it takes place? Sometimes you may be drawn to a place that your husband or your usual traveling companions have no interest in. Does that mean you shouldn’t go? It’s your dream, fulfill it.

What is Chicktrips?

Let me briefly tell you how chicktrips came to be. Many years ago, at my previous travel job I had a client who came to me to plan a large family group trip. We spent a lot of time planning, and my boss commented a few times that this client seemed to be very time-consuming, and I shouldn’t give her so much of my time. My client was a very successful businesswoman, and she was the first person I contacted to let her know when I started my own travel business, she loved having her own personal travel agent, and I was able to spend all the time I needed to look after her business and personal travel, as well as off-site meetings and events. The most important thing that I discovered is that women like to network with other women and help them succeed in business, they also like to travel together. Through that first client, I was introduced to other female entrepreneurs, and they have helped me build my business one client at a time.

Why Women Only Tours?

As women we are often caregivers, placing the needs of our family ahead of our own. However, it is so important that we take the time for ourselves and do the things we enjoy. For many women that may be travel, but sometimes where we want to go may not be of interest to our friends and family. So, I say take the leap and join a group of women travelers, just like you. You will find a sense of camaraderie and life-long friendships that grow through the bond of travel.

We offer authentic small group experiences, where you will be able to relax and recharge while visiting some beautiful parts of the world. There will be opportunities for self-reflection and discovery, lots of laughs, and maybe some tears. You can join an existing group, or if you already have a group of women that would like to travel together we can customize something for you.
